Spectacled-Bat
My good friend Chris Green, professor of poetry
at DePaul, wrote a book of poems for children. He graciously asked me to
illustrate. After a year, I finally finished the drawings. If the book gets
picked up, then I’ll probably watercolor over them. If you know of anyone who
works in the children’s book publishing world, forward this along!

Mixed Media on Canvas
Originally, I was going to make an artwork about my dad, who passed away in October. But it was a little too soon. So, instead I made a less morbid painting about my dog losing her leg.
